Format choice — solo or co-host?
Reading the references: Joe Rogan = solo with guests, Mishal Husain = solo
single-guest interview. For 30-second short-form, I recommend solo Pat —
the long-form podcast (the daily MP3 with Pat & Jordan/Rachel) keeps the dual-host format because
that's where conversation depth lives. Short-form is direct camera-to-viewer. One face, one voice,
no dilution.
