Two-stage Damodaran DCF, computed in the company's reporting currency

  1. Free cash flow: FCF = Operating Cash Flow − |CapEx|. We average the last 3 fiscal years to dampen working-capital noise.
  2. Stage 1: 5 years of growth at the company's clamped revenue CAGR (capped 0–25% — no fantasy numbers).
  3. Stage 2 (Terminal Value): Gordon growth at 2.5% perpetual, discounted at 9% WACC.
  4. Equity bridge: Enterprise Value + Cash − Total Debt = Equity Value. Divided by shares outstanding gives intrinsic per share.
  5. Sanity guards: reject when FCF ≤ 0, shares < 1M, or intrinsic > 20× current price (those are model failures, not signals).
  6. Data source: Yahoo Finance v10 quoteSummary endpoint (free, no Bloomberg required). Refreshed every ~2 hours.
